  • Are your products all natural?
    Yes! We are handmade with ingredients from nature. No synthetics, no fillers and nothing questionable is added.
  • Do you guys test on animals?
    NO way! Our products are vegan and we do not support animal testing. We test products on ourselves before releasing them to the public.
  • What products would be best for my skin type?
    - Brown sugar + Honey scrub: Good for dry and dull skin or acne-prone skin - Orange + Lemon scrub: Good for oily and acne-prone skin.
  • How long do the facial scrubs last?
    Up to 4 months. Please be aware that the products is natural-based, and contains no water or preservatives. The introduction of water into your product will significantly reduce uour product's shelf life. To avoid this, scoop out your scrub with the small spatula scoop, or dry hands.
  • How come i recieved my skincare products but not my accessories yet?
    Skincare products and accessories such as (phone cases, hats, shirts etc) will be packaged/shipped separately. Skincare products take 3-5 business days while accessories will take 4-7 business days (Not including weekends or holidays)
  • I haven’t received a shipping notification yet
    Give us a quick email so we can confirm that your order has not gone out. We will either: 1) Confirm that the package has gone out and update you with a tracking # + figure out why haven’t you got your notification for some reason. 2) Provide you with an estimate of when it will go out.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently only ship to the US for now. We’re working on offering more options for shipping. We just need to make sure that you’re going to be able to get your package in a timely matter and it wont get lost.
  • Can I return my product?
    **Please note, each FlyCrockett LLC items are handmade are made to order. Also this being natural skin care products there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES. Please contact us on the contact page if you have any questions or concerns
  • How long do orders take to ship?
    Process time is 1-3 days (Not including weekends or holidays) Processing will begin the following day that your order was placed. All of our orders are shipped via shipping courier USPS or UPS and should arrive within 3-5 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped. All accesories will arrive within 4-7 business days of confirmation and will be packaged separately from our skincare products. If you choose our pick up option, you will recieve further updates regarding location, date or time for pick up.
  • My order has been shipping for a really long time, what’s going on?"
    (Be patient, your order is coming) or Either something weird is going on with the mail carrier (USPS, Delays going on…which is normal) or you entered the wrong shipping address. Please confirm the address (especially apartment number) before you shoot us an email - US Orders: Please only contact us after 15 days without tracking updates. We are unable to file a claim with USPS unless it has reached that time.
  • My order says delivered, but it never came."
    1) Check with others. See if anyone else in your house has gotten the package by mistake. If you live in an apartment, check with the front desk or manager, you wouldn’t believe how many times we see apartment addresses sent out with no apartment number. 2) Wait it out. It might be coming later today or even tomorrow. 3) Call your local USPS with your tracking number and address information. They have much more information on this than we do. They can see if the package may be held or still at the post office or they can even check with the delivery driver on your route! - And if after all of that, no help, shoot us an email. We really want you to try our products, but we also want to be respectful of the fact that the package might be around the corner
  • My order shipped but I stopped receiving tracking updates, what’s going on?"
    Once we ship out an order, it’s in the hands of mail carrier. We have 0 control over delays, processes, mis-shipments, etc. We are not in control of USPS and don’t ship on weekends.
  • Do I need a PayPal account to checkout?
    No! This is just super easy for the folks who do. If you don’t, no worries, its great for you too. You can checkout as a “GUEST” on PayPal and enter your card information the same way you normally would. The upside for you is: 1) You can trust that your money is going to a reliable source, because PayPal is super trustworthy for most folks. 2) They offer a lot of great protection for buyers in case there is any fraudulent activity or something else sketchy happens.
  • My order went through but I haven’t received any shipping updates, whats going on?"
    ​Our estimate processing dates are 1-3 business days. If its been over 5 business days for processing, please shoot us an email and we can make sure your order got out on time or let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.
  • How long will my order take to get process?
    All non pre-orders take 1-2 business days to ship out. This excludes weekends and holidays EX: Order on Friday >> Ship out by Wednesday
  • How long do pre-orders take to ship out?
    All pre-orders ship within 7 business days of the order date. If we foresee any delays on this (your order wont ship out within this timeframe) we'll be sure to give you and email and check in!
